By using Zona you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Zona is operated by Georgi Valentinov Venelinov in Sofia, Bulgaria.
You keep ownership of the spots, photos and reviews you submit. By posting them, you give us permission to display them in the app and remove them if needed.

You can report content from within the app, or email support@bgzona.app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend accounts without notice where these terms are broken.
Zones are points inside the app, earned by contributing. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money, or transferred between accounts. They are not a currency, not a payment method, and not property.
Spots are added by users. We do not verify that a spot exists, is safe, is publicly accessible, or is accurately described.
You train at your own risk. Check that equipment is safe before using it, and respect any rules about the place you're visiting.
Businesses may apply to list a venue. We review applications and may approve or decline them at our discretion. A verified listing does not mean we endorse the business or vouch for its quality.
Business owners may not remove or alter genuine reviews of their venue.
We provide Zona as-is. We don't guarantee it will always be available, free of errors, or that any feature will remain forever. We may change or discontinue parts of the app.
You can stop using Zona and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the Zones system, or harm other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of Zona — including from visiting a spot, using equipment, or meeting other users. This doesn't limit any rights you have as a consumer under Bulgarian or EU law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Zona means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria.
